Great little light unit, however i feel the 15 minute time limit should be extended too unlimited when paired to a smartphone as would widen its capabilities greatly when diagnosing issues, this option would be appreciated and I would then be able too seriously recommend these to all my lower risk patients as reliable easy to use self monitoring system, Keep up the great work

I have an intermittent arrhythmia that will start suddenly when I'm at rest, and may continue for hours. I have had two 3-day Holter monitors, but of course, nothing happens on those days. The DuoEK has already allowed me to capture an ECG tracing during an episode, which I have now forwarded to my cardiologist. A fascinating and affordable device!

I am a cardiac surgeon. The device is very easy to use and the results are very accurate.
If one of the leads like the L had some sort of extensioycable, the device could be used to record almost all precordial and limb leads.

i'm in the medical field (anesthesia). a family member started having frequent symptomatic ectopy of unknown etiology. i bought this so we can get a glimpse of cardiac activity in case the morphology was significant to warrant an ED visit while waiting for the cardiology consult for proper diagnostics (holter, ECG, etc.). this little monitor captured the events fairly accurately though is prone to movement artifacts, especially on hairy surfaces. NOTE: while lead 2 is the familiar view preferred by many, it isn't always convenient to expose a LL lead. we share this monitor between two devices. it auto-joins via bluetooth, but there are times when it connects to one device first instead of the other. the only way to prevent inadvertent connection to a particular device is to disable bluetooth on that device. one particular scenario this proved troublesome was when i was using my bluetooth headphones for a call, but the monitor connected to my device instead of my family member's. i would like the ability to DISCONNECT the device in the bluetooth menu...it's missing (see photo)

Compact and versatile ECG, very helpful! Well, I better wouldn't need it.. but I could easily identify my VES (my Doc didn't..).
In fact you're not limited to the given leads. Left breast right finger gives a strong signal, too. The only thing I question - why no 24 hour mode for LTECG? Memory is so compact today! Please build in some gigabytes! Thanks! Ah, and don't switch on your phone's bluetooth while DuoEK is saving - you will lose this measurement.

I got my DuoEK device about a week ago, after my doctor recommended it for my Afib and SVT (SuperVentricular Tachycardia). I have tried multiple other devices on Amazon that claim they can do the same thing, but there is always some major flaw or some secret subscription fee you have to pay to see your own EKG results. This can show you your heart rate and heart beat pattern in real time on your phone, or you can use the device and then sync it to our phone later when you have more time.

Puchased as I have a history of irregular heart rate which is exacerbated by lifestyle (coffee, red wine) . Benchmarks well against my other devices and gives a clear insight as to where I am at on a given day as I modify those life choices. App works well on both my iPad and Android phone. Battery life is good for unit size. Chest strap just holds the unit in place so you need a flat chest conformation, I'd like a strap with wider pickups feeding the ecg unit rather than direct contact.

At age 74, I wanted something that would allow me to observe my occasional irregular/flutter heartbeat and discuss with my doctor, and the device (though small) performed very well, providing a clear record of heartbeat, labelled either 'regular' or 'irregular', with the chart showing on my iPhone screen or in turn emailed to my computer. I always got a strong signal using the two-finger configuration. The device instructions are pretty clear, the storage box is tidy and sturdy, and the unit (for finger use) is so small to be hardly noticeable for portability in a pant pocket or purse. Shipping time was as expected.
