I have found the 02Ring is better than CPAP

dories story
I can’t wear a cpap or a snore guard.
I have found the 02 ring is better than nothing in that it will arouse me when my 02 is low.
I am planning on letting my daughter try it when I see her at Christmas and will order her one if it works for her.

  • I agree fully with John’s (nice name pal) comment. I have both a Philips Auto Dreamstation CPAP and a Wellue’s O2Ring. Because I have a very serious case of Atrial Fibrillation I use them both every night. The O2 ring alone with its vibration setting drove me off my back to my side where I didn’t have airway blockage serious enough for O2 drops. This was a major improvement but I wanted to eliminate O2 drops altogether because they really effected my heart Rate which was easy to see with O2 Insight Pro S/W. So I bought my Dreamstation and with humidifier for $599 “without a prescription” from Secondwindcpap.com because I didn’t want to wait 6 months or more to clear the Insurance/medicare hurdles along with my cardiologist. It’s a Minnesota company with outstanding people to help you. The cpap has enabled me to sleep in any position w/o Apnea. I Use the O2Ring to record the O2% and more important my heart rate every night and occasionally during the day to monitor these data for my Afib. In conclusion, the O2 ring is extremely useful to me but it alone could not eliminate my Apnea like the cpap did.
