2. DELIVERY

We are committed to improving our service and our customers' shopping experience. We use different methods of delivery because such application of different methods suitable for different countries and regions is able to make the time of transport as shortest as possible, and also assures the safety and convenience of the transport. We are able to deliver our goods to most countries in the world.

Under the normal circumstances, it takes us 1 or 2 days to process your order. After the goods are delivered, we will send the tracking number for your order to you through E-mail.

We use DHL\UPS\TNT\FedEX for shipping and FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.

Products below $100 in other parts of the world except the U.S. charge an additional $10 for freight.

Delivery assured! If your goods are lost or checked, we will deliver them again.

Cautions: 

  1. If you provide us with a false address, we are not responsible for redelivering the goods.
  2. As the retail price doesn't include taxes, VAT or other hidden charges, please kindly note you may be required to pay for import duties by your local customs, it's on your charge, but we are here for you if you need any help!

     

    3. RETURNS

    Return policy

    It is guaranteed that our products will meet every customer's needs. Please read the content as follows. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased for some reason, we will be willing to return or change the products for you, or get you a refund.

    We warrant that if you use our products as they are intended, our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase for new products and 6 months for refurbished products. We do not warrant our products against general wear and tear or damage as a result of misuse, modifications or improper maintenance.

    If you believe you have received a defective product, we will either repair or replace the defective product or its defective component part(s) in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. We warranty the replacement for the remaining unexpired period of the original product’s warranty.

    This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and to products purchased directly from us. Our products are legitimately sold only by us and our authorized sellers who are required to follow our policies, procedures, and quality control standards. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. This limited warranty does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

    Please note: This limited warranty is the only warranty available for our products.

    We limit the applicability of implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the duration of this limited warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties of any kind. Some States and countries do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Our sole liability for any defect shall be as set forth in this limited warranty and excludes any claims for incidental or consequential damages. 

    If you attempt to return an item, which is not returnable, the item will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged the cost of shipping for sending it back.
      

    4. OUR PROCEDURE OF GOODS RETURN

    Please contact our customer support via E-mail, phone calls or online chatting during our working hours. Our customer service will within 24 hours. Our team will offer you instrument according to your specific requirements.

    Please inform us of your request of refund or return or exchange within 14 days after you receive the goods. 

    If you want to exchange goods or return goods, please take a photo about the goods to us. We must confirm the status of the goods.

    All goods (including all parts and attachments) must be returned to us via express delivery. 

    You have to bear the cost for us to redeliver goods if you want an exchange. 
    At any time, no commission charge is required for returns. 

    Payment means for refund: credit card, Western Union.

    1. Customers need to return products to an appointed address. We will provide you with information of returns via E-mail. After receiving returned goods, we will arrange you a full refund.
