Accurate BP Tracking with Integrated Aircuff
Inflatable and Deflatable
Micro Aircuff
This watch measures blood pressure using an aircuff with the oscillometric method (detecting oscillation waveforms from blood flow for accurate results). In contrast, other watches use optical heart rate sensors (which can be affected by factors such as
ambient light, making it unsuitable for medical diagnosis).
Exercise tracking
Record time, rep and calories for 12 indoor activities like sit-ups, push-ups, yoga and 20 outdoor ones like running, basketball and skating.
Oscillometric Method for Professional Accuracy
1. Easy to Start Measuring
Just swipe the dial to the left.
2. The Aircuff
Begins to Inflate
Wait for a moment.
3. Obtain the
Accurate Result
Immediately after deflation.

( 1 ) For the most accurate results, measurements should be taken under the same circumstances and at the same time every day.
( 2 ) The device can be applied to either wrist, but preferably the left. Use the same wrist for each measurement.
( 3 ) Any blood pressure recording can be affected by the position and physiological condition of the subject, as well as other factors such as background noise, stress, talking, and body movement.
( 4 ) Correct wearing posture: Ensure a width of 2 fingers is maintained between the watchband and the bottom of the palm (note the position of the styloid process of the ulna). Ensure the tightness of the band is suitable for inserting the front end of 1-2 fingers.
( 5 ) Correct measuring posture: Ensure the watch is at heart level.
( 6 ) Do not eat, drink alcohol, smoke, exercise, or bathe 30 minutes before using the device, as these activities may change blood pressure.
( 7 ) This device is used to monitor blood pressure; however, it cannot treat or prevent high blood pressure. If you suffer from high blood pressure, consult your doctor.
( 8 ) Patients should rest for 5 minutes before the first measurement.
( 9 ) For an accurate blood pressure reading, take and record several measurements over a period of time.
( 10 ) Avoid taking measurements while under stress. Relax, keep quiet, and do not talk while measuring.
( 11 ) For continuous measurement, the interval between two measurements should be at least 2 minutes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Need Help? We've got you covered!
What should I do when I get a high blood pressure reading?
How do I delete the stored data in my monitor?
Can I wear this watch while taking a shower?
Sorry, we advise against it as it may damage the watch’s performance. It is recommended to wear the watch after you have finished showering.
Is it possible to monitor blood pressure at a fixed interval of time (i.e. every 10 minutes) and set an alarm if the pressure is lower than a preset value?
Yes, it is possible to measure blood pressure at fixed intervals, but the shortest interval is 30 minutes, and it is not possible to set an alarm for when the blood pressure is below a preset value.
Here are the reasons for this:
Each time the watch's air cuff is inflated, it applies pressure to the blood vessels to obtain an accurate blood pressure reading, and frequent measurements could impose unnecessary strain on them. Therefore, the shortest measurement interval for the watch is set to once every 30 minutes, with options for intervals of 60 minutes, 120 minutes, or 240 minutes.
Additionally, blood pressure is a long-term, continuously changing process, and an occasional high or low reading that triggers an alarm might cause unnecessary anxiety for the user. Especially if the readings fluctuate, this can lead to "white coat hypertension," which may induce unnecessary stress and affect the accuracy of blood pressure measurements. Therefore, the watch does not have the function to trigger an alarm when the blood pressure is below a preset value.
