How to measure Heart Rate&Depth and get the Cardiac Report?
- 1. Enter the BM Mode
- 2. Use the left and right arrows to adjust and determine the position of the sampling line, and freeze the image

How to measure GA and get the Obstetric Report?
1. Press the "Setup" key to bring up the "System Settings" menu on the right side of the screen. Select "Basic Settings" to bring up the interface, and select the animal type, there are 8 kinds of animals to choose from: pig, cow, dog, horse, cat, goat, camel, and sheep.
2. Adjust to get a satisfactory image in B mode and freeze it, press the "OBC" key to bring up the obstetrical measurement menu, and it will display the corresponding Obstetric Measurement parameters according to the selected animal type.
3. Take the GSD measurement of pigs as an example (other animal obstetric measurement methods are similar).
The operation steps are as follows:
1. First set the "animal type" to pig in the system settings (press Setup) - basic settings.
2. Obtain a satisfactory image in B mode and freeze it, press "OBC" and the following measurement menu will appear.
3. Move the cursor to the corresponding measurement item "GSD" to enter the "GSD" measurement interface. "GSD:"will be displayed on the lower right side of the screen.
4. Measure the distance of the selected parameter, and the corresponding obstetric data will be automatically displayed in the lower right corner of the screen.
Measurement steps:
① Move the cursor to the starting point of "GSD" and press the "Set" key to confirm;
②Move the cursor to move the second cursor to the target endpoint;
③Press the "Set" key to confirm and display the measurement results.
5. At this time, GSD is displayed in the lower right corner of the screen:
"L: XXXmm" (indicates that the measured length of GSD is XXXmm);
"Gestational age: WW+D" (indicates that the measured fetal gestational age is WW weeks plus DD days);
"Estimated date of delivery: 20XX/XX/XX" (indicates that the measured expected date of delivery of the fetus is year-month-day);
6. After measuring various obstetric indicators, move the cursor to "Obstetric Report" and press the "Set" key to confirm, and the obstetric report will be automatically generated. You can see the development of each part of the fetus in detail.
How to Use a Rectal Probe to Check Pregnant Cows
To accurately determine pregnancy, insert your hand with a rectal probe into the cow's rectum, locate the reproductive tract through the rectal wall, and determine whether pregnancy exists by examining the condition of the tract.
