I then researched the other uses of red light therapy and decided to use it on my sore aching spots. First on my neck from the abuse of receptive motion, which eased some soreness. Second on my arthritic finger joint. Finding my finger not as stiff, after allowing the light to to be on the area for 20-30 mins once a day.

This cold laser device is worth saving up for. Playing volleyball and basketball through high school and having many injuries took its toll on my body.
