My O2ring Story - Jack Moreland
I am a long-term, satisfied user of Wellue O2 Rings. I purchased 10 Christmas presents in 2019 at a 40% discount. I use my ring almost every night and do not feel comfortable sleeping without it. I have a primary ring and two backup rings in case I forget to charge the primary ring, one at each of two residences. I continue to promote and defend O2 Rings in comments on Facebook posts.
My ring taught me that I have positional sleep APNEA which is resolved when I sleep on my side. It prompts me to return to my side when I roll onto my back. I maintain an ongoing record of my sleep O2/BPM performance. It recently alerted me to a low heart rate (<50 BPM) that does not correlate with low O2. I will be consulting my doctor shortly to determine how low is too low. I do not yet know if it is a problem or not, but I appreciate knowing.
My primary ring and another ring I had loaned out are, I believe, wearing out. This belief is based on the sound the ring now makes when vibrating. It sounds like it is about to come apart. I also have increasing instances of battery exhaustion before I awaken. Being an engineer, I am aware that the lithium battery has a finite life and is likely nearing the end of life.

I sought and found a bone conduction headset I can sleep with (Aftershokz Aeropex) to enable me to use the real-time audio alarm on my phone without awakening my sleep partner. With a headset, only I can hear the audio alarm. This practice can be improved if you enhanced the product to allow me to control the audio alarms on the phone, and vibration alarms on the ring and on the phone independently in the settings. I seek to have the audio alarm on the phone and vibration alarm on the ring WITHOUT having the phone vibrate too which wakes my partner. I can place it on a pillow in the next room, but then I cannot see or interact with the phone.
I would very much appreciate the ability in the PC software to do a bulk download of data from my phone to the PC to enable long-term statistical/trend analysis. I download from my ring to my phone every morning and look at the charts. It is too much trouble to repeat that on my PC every morning, nonetheless, I still want the data on my PC.
