Is the sock band washable?
Yes, the fabric sock and monitor band should be hand washed regularly using a mild detergent. Make sure to remove the Sock Electronics prior to washing. We recommend washing the fabric sock once per week or as needed. This will help keep the product performing as intended and reduce the potential for skin irritation. Baby's feet can sweat at night and bacteria loves to grow in warm, moist environments and regular washing will keep your little one's feet happy and healthy! Kindly note the sock and band should be replaced after 50 times.

What if there is a question mark on the base station?
The question mark on the base station means it is asking for the pairing between the base station and the monitor device.
Please follow the tip below to pair it.
1) Press both buttons of the base station to enter searching mode.
2) Power on the monitor device by pressing the side button of it.
3) The base station will find the baby sleep moinitor and displays it with the last four serial number.
4) Press the volume button of the bluetooth station to complete the pairing.

After our baby was in the nicu for oxygen drops, this was a no Brainer. We also tested it with the O2 machine that the nicu had and it had been accurate. If used in a swing sometimes it loses signal or is inaccurate but it's still better than any other product we've used. Highly recommended for worried parents.

This monitor really helps peace of mind for a new mom. It fits and works great on my baby's foot. Bands around the foot are soft and safe. Once the reading is out of the zone that I preset on the App, the alarm will be triggered soon. I found this one day I accidentally held my baby's legs tightly and caused the pulse to be low. Easy to use this baby oxygen monitor. There is no need to set the Wifi because it is connected via Bluetooth. The alarms and thresholds of oxygen levels and pulse rates are easy to adjust on the app. And the app is free to use!
The wraps are soft, breathable and non-slip. The stitched and the split are available. There are flexible ways to wear as they advertised.

Our 1 year old was recently diagnosed with a seizure disorder and wanted additional monitoring. Obviously this device isn't diagnostic or used to alarm during seizure activity but I like the fact that I'll be alerted to any vital signs changes that are concerning to me. I can set the device to alarm for what oxygen level I am not okay with and can monitor heart rate as well. It takes some time to get familiar with the use and function of this device but I found the instructions to be clear and easy to understand. We've used it for three nights now and have found it to be very helpful. There is even an option to connect it to a phone so that stats can be monitored throughout the night. After much research this seems to be one of the best options available. My one and only complaint is that the base station needs to be relatively close to baby to stay connected (maybe within 20 ft or so) but the info can also go to a phone via Bluetooth. We don't use it often though so I'm unsure how the alarm system works. It's definitely worth a try though.
