Does the software support iOS/macOS?

How do I get the report?
Install the Windows software (12 Channels ECG Holter System) on your PC. After recording, connect the device to the PC with the included power/data cable to view full ECG data and AI-assisted analysis. Clinicians can edit notes and print or save as PDF.
Is the analysis software paid?
No. The software is free of charge.
Is the battery rechargeable?
No. The device uses standard AA batteries (non-rechargeable).
What is the maximum monitoring duration?
Up to 24 hours of continuous 12-lead recording.
Can I export ECG data to third-party analysis software?
Not supported. Data export is currently limited to our 12 Channels ECG Holter System, which provides professional clinical analysis and report editing.
Can patients do daily activities while wearing it?
Yes. The design is anti-interference/anti-shock to keep waveforms readable during normal ambulation and routine activities. Avoid strenuous exercise that may dislodge electrodes.
Can I shower or bathe with the device on?
No. Do not use in the shower or submerge the device/electrodes in water.
Does it work with pacemakers?
Yes. It provides pacemaker-compatible analysis (e.g., AAI/VVI/DDD and related pacing patterns) for accurate interpretation in paced patients.
What can I see on the built-in screen?
Live ECG trace for quick checks, plus time and battery status. It is not a tablet/laptop and does not display full AI reports on-device.
How do I download and review data?
Connect to a Windows PC via the included power/data cable and open the 12 Channels ECG Holter System to review full ECG and analysis results.
What analyses are included?
Automated arrhythmia templates (10+), HRV (5-min/1-hr/whole), advanced ST-segment & ischemia load, T-Wave Alternans (TWA), Heart Rate Turbulence (HRT), and pacing analysis.
What does the final report include?
Full-disclosure ECG review, rhythm classifications, HRV metrics, ST/ischemia load, pacing findings, and clinician notes; you can print or save as PDF.
How is patient data stored and protected?
Data is downloaded to the clinician’s local Windows PC. Follow your institution’s data-security policies (user access control, encryption, secure storage/backup).
How to place the ECG electrodes?
Please place the electrodes correctly in accordance with the electrode placement illustration (see details in the Operation Guide included in the package), and ensure the electrodes are firmly pasted on the user's skin.
