Yes. You can view the electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG) with the PC software after each measurement. Just download the PC software and connect the device to the computer to view the electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG) and get the report.
How can I download the AI-ECG Analysis PC software/Mac App?
The package comes with a USB drive with the analysis software (ECG Browser). Just insert the USB drive into your computer and download the software. The second way is download the PC software or Mac App on this page : https://getwellue.com/pages/pc-software
How can I get my detailed ECG/EKG reports after long-term ECG/EKG monitoring?
a.Please download the PC software or Mac App first, then connect the device to your computer via the data cable.
b. Click "Import Data" once the device is connected (make sure the device is disconnected from the app).
c. Click "Analyze" once the date is imported to the software. Then you can click "View report" to get your detailed report and click "View ECG" to get the ECG waveforms.
* APP AI analysis can only obtain simple analysis results, and detailed reports still need to be obtained by AI analysis on the computer side

Why are my records always showing as "Analyzing" on the PC software/Mac App? What can I do?

Why my Holter monitor cannot connect to the AI-ECG analysis system?
Please confirm if your device is connected to the "Vihealth" app. If it is connected, please remove the device from the app and then recheck the device connection status within the software. If the device is not connected to the app, please contact our customer support via email at support@getwellue.com.
How to remove the device from the app?
Please click the settings icon in the upper right corner, then select "Delete" to disconnect the device from the app.
