Got it on sale and the price was great. The display is nice, and for the price I expected the app to be garbage. But it synced quickly and painlessly. I'll also add that if you see the reviews complaining about the iOS app not having all the features, it did when I downloaded it.
The only complaint I have is minor. Which is that for a right hand dominant person, you probably stick this on your left hand, and not all the screens render in a direction that reads right side up that way. If they could have it cycle between the screens AND mirrored versions of the screens it'd be great, but that's a minor gripe.
I can’t speak to the durability of this oximeter because I’ve just had it a couple of weeks, but so far, it seems sturdy and it is working consistently. I have the app and was pleased that I could share results with my allergy/asthma doc If needed. I’ve had asthma for years and have been meaning to get an oximeter for years. It took covid-19 to finally convince me to have one on hand. Ordering and shipment were easy and very prompt. Only weird thing was that the oximeter came in a teeny tiny box and I almost didn’t see it on my porch. Overall very pleased with this product and also glad I chose the Bluetooth option.
The device itself works well enough. It seems to connect reliably to my phone via Bluetooth and seems relatively accurate (but I don't have a calibrated sensor to compare with). The problem is the app is pretty disappointing. The shown graphing mode doesn't appear to be available in the iOS version, only the current readings are shown. There is also no integration with the Apple Health app. Between the two missing features, it limits the app's utility; the big plus with Bluetooth and App is that you have easy access to historical readings (which do include graph display).
App will upgrade in about a month with new feature
Bought OxySmart™ Fingertip Pulse Oximeter from Wellue Health because I was not satisfied that the oximeter being used by my Clinical Exercise Specialist was reading correctly. Values reported seemed way too low. She suggested that my fingers were cold & therefore no meter would work accurately. My OxySmart oximeter measures my % oxygen saturation accurately when others do not register an accurate reading. It provides stable & reliable results & connects to an app on my phone. Very satisfied with its performance.
I have had this unit for about 60 days. I check my levels daily. It provides easy quick readings and gives you the results in the history section. I only wish we could email the history or print it out. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the features and quality. It would be nice if they produced a case for carrying not only this, but the EKG unit as well.
Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase of the non-Bluetooth version. The shipping was fast and the price was very reasonable. The package it came in was very small. The device works well and seems accurate when compared with another pulse ox. My only complaint is that it does not continually monitor - it shuts off after about 60 seconds and you have to take it off & put it back on for it to start again.
For bluetooth version, the mode is continous. For Non-bluetooth, there are 2 modes: spot check mode and continous mode. You can change the mode to continous mode.
Really like unit and Bluetooth but have not found a way to export data csv or PDF to pass on to Doctor and to have as historical record. Thys that is disappointing and sorry a recommended it to family members who bought units and really need reports for doctor.. One kid has myocarditis
They need to fix this APASP.
The device was packed and shipped quickly, but the tracking number came up on my browser as USPS and not FedEx as mentioned on the shipping confirmation. When I would query USPS for the status, they would say that the 'label prepared' or something like that, but no further detail. This went on for over a week, I thought the order was lost - (like masks and wipes these days..). Then I got an email saying that 'Order was out for delivery'! I clicked again on USPS and it gave the same response as before - 'label prepared'. Then, encouraged by the email, I put the same tracking number into FedEx - and more encouraging information appeared - that FedEx had transferred the package to the USPS and they were handling the last mile of delivery - with the same tracking number. Since I was looking at this email on Sunday and it had been sent on Saturday, I just went down to my postbox - and there was the package. The USPS still says 'label prepared'.
By this time, I already had another pulse oximeter. Comparing the two gave results within the margin of error.
Exactly what I needed. Works perfectly. Thank you
This device works very well and was delivered promptly!
