The patient monitor offers a satisfactory performance overall. But initially, the excessively thin and tight protective film led everyone here to suspect a screen damage. It took several attempts contacting customer service to realize that the screen was not defective but had an additional layer of protective film that was extremely difficult to peel off. I’m sure this can cause confusion among other users.
