The 12" patient monitor supports both wired Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections to the optional central monitoring system. Wired Ethernet allows a straightforward connection to the PC running the central monitoring software, while Wi-Fi requires more network configuration.


For Wi-Fi setup, the recommended configuration uses a dedicated router with a LAN IP address of 192.168.0.1. The patient monitor must be assigned a compatible IP address on the same subnet (e.g., 192.168.0.15), and the computer running the central monitoring software must be connected to the same local network. Using a dedicated router is recommended to simplify setup and avoid changing the facility's existing network configuration.



*The 12" patient monitor also allows direct one-to-one PC connection WITHOUT the need for a router.

The patient monitor offers a satisfactory performance overall. But initially, the excessively thin and tight protective film led everyone here to suspect a screen damage. It took several attempts contacting customer service to realize that the screen was not defective but had an additional layer of protective film that was extremely difficult to peel off. I’m sure this can cause confusion among other users.
