This device is very accurate and the extra deliverd spo2 meter is a very handy tool!! i took this one to the doctor and gave the same results as the one my doctor has! highly reccomend this product

This product is fairly unique since it combines auto BP measurement with pulse-Oximeter functionality, all connected via Bluetooth to the ViHealth app.
For practitioners, a useful feature is the auto-repeat at 5/10/30 mins, similar to a hospital monitor or a Lifepak (EMS). I was surprised that the 2nd interval is not 15 minutes i.e. 5/15/30, but not a big deal.
Noise: My unit might be defective, because the noise when inflating the cuff is loud enough to scare off most patients - at the top end it sounds like it is about to take-off. You also need to make sure the cuff is wrapped tightly enough, which sounds weird - since cuffs are supposed to allow a finger to be inserted underneath them. I have found that the inflation process will fail with an error after 5 secs, if the unit does not find the cuff to be snug enough. Also the cuff is large and wide, so might not work with small arms on older people. I have to lift my arm when putting it on, to keep it away from my elbow joint.
Otherwise it will reliably record and auto-repeat BP + vitals every 5/10/30 mins and record them in the vihealth app, under history. You can also add a 200 char note with each measurement, which is very useful. A surprising feature, for HIPAA compliance, is that the history stays in the app and does not get replicated to the cloud unless you "Add Others Remote View" in settings.
When I checked the BP accuracy vs a manual cuff, I thought that the systolic was lower than expected, but this is just a first impression.
The only other thing I found odd, when unpacking, was that the face of the unit looked slightly scratched or worn from prior use, which was unexpected. It was not a refurb.
I am a home health nurse and this machine is exactly what I have been looking for.
Light weight, easy to use and very efficient.
Initially, I was skeptical whether or not this would actually work as advertised. I am pleasantly surprised. This is easy to place on my arm and automatically take my blood pressure without any difficulty. The ox probe also works great. Insert my finger, then I can get a reading within seconds. A good product I must say.

Very quiet and good repeating exact results.
Will take measurements in a specified intervals automatically. Every 5 10 15 etc minutes that is great future.
However would be good if interval trigger didn’t require cellphone app to be active to do it. Interval should be setup internally on the device itself.
